Purchase not successful

I bought the battle pass and it’s processing since 3 hours and it said maximum 30mins . I didn’t receive the battle pass after money has been transferred

    When you had signed in on PC, did you make sure to load into the lobby, (where you see your legend)?

    Furthermore, when signed into the Apex Legends Official Store, does it say "you own this tier" under the Battle Pass you had bought?

    For example:

    Buy Apex Coins and Battle Passes on the Apex Legends Official Store

    If you are not seeing "you own this tier", you may be signed into the wrong EA Account, (or that EA Account is currently not linked to your PlayStation Account).

    You can check if the EA Account you had bought the Battle Pass on is linked to the correct PlayStation Account here: My EA Account | Connected Accounts, (Note: Battle Passes cannot be transferred or merged across two, (or more), EA Accounts, (only shared across a single EA Account's connected platforms)).

    See, i bought the battlepass on my phone thro apple pay in ea website with my account im sure of it 100% then  i launchd the game from pc then ps4 . and i didnt get it. on pc  it is present that i bought it in order history but isnt present in game then when i try to refund it says no item there to refund. The season will end soon, please

    Midnight9746​ It has been almost 3 days and the purchase in order history is still processing, nothing received yet. What has to be done to get the battlepass already?

    Kemi_Orange_Rose​ Correct, if you sign into the same EA Account that is linked to your PS4, it will activate the purchased Battle Pass across all your connected platform accounts.

    okay i get you. i bought the battlepass on my phone from the website. but i play it on my ps4. so if i download it on pc then open the game on my same account , i will also get it on the ps4? Midnight9746​

    I think the game is fun, but there are many other problems

  • Kemi_Orange_Rose​ Which platform did you buy the Battle Pass through?

    If it was through the EA App, you can contact EA Support, (otherwise you would contact the support team for the platform you had bought the Battle Pass through).

    Furthermore, if you had bought the Battle Pass through the Apex Legends Official Store, you would need to log into the game through the EA App in order for the Battle Pass to activate, (otherwise you would need to log into the game through the platform you had bought the Battle Pass through, (as in, if you had bought the Battle Pass through Steam, you would launch the game through Steam for the Battle Pass to activate)).

    Lastly, did you buy the Battle Pass for the correct EA Account? (If you did buy the Battle Pass for the wrong EA Account, it sadly cannot be merged or transferred to another EA Account).
