Purchased apex coins nearly a week ago and they STILL have not shown up

i bought 2 1,000 apex coin pack near the 6th and I still have not received them I have contacted ea support  and Xbox customer support and nothing has been resolved

    I'm afraid we're not able to assist with this type of issue via the forums as we'll need to take a look at your account to help out with missing coins.

    Please reach out to support directly for this so they can check into the account with you. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    They will need this proof of purchase information to assist, so please be sure to have those screenshots handy when opening the case.
