Random Bugs

I was playing rank, when one of my matches, the mini map just randomly disappeared like it was hardcore mode:



Also in one of my matches, when a random killed a player, its suppose to show "[Their rank badge] [Name] V [Enemy rank badge] [Name]", I only see a single gold rank badge icon:



I also had a 3rd issue, but showing an image wouldn't make a whole lot of sense, so I'll explain it: If you die while having the vault key, upon your respawn, the vault's lock icons would still be visible, despite the key no longer being in your inventory. This might be that the key was still in my deathbox, as no enemy took it when my teammates ran up to it, and my box was still red when my teammates left it. No one would just ditch level 5 evo sheilds, and my teammates got out of there with blues. In the past I've died and gotten respawned when I had the key, but didn't see vault lock icons, my guess is that deathboxes are still counted as your "equipped" inventory, just not against you.
