Hi, long story short I was using razer connect with apex on my ornata chroma and basilisk. (keyboard + mouse)
Recently (possibily after S6 release) it stopped working. Connection is enabled both in game's settings and synapse app itself.
Does anyone have the same issue/ know how to fix it?
Maybe try to unninstal mouse drivers in Device Manager. Hold Windows key, then press R key. Type devmgmt.msc. Search for Mice and other pointing devices and Keyboards. Delete mouse and keyboard drivers. After you delete them you restart your pc. When pc is booted windows will install basic drivers now you need just reinstall Razer synapse like you did before and it should now work.
