I did updated my drivers, now everything fine. Sorry for so stupid solution.

Updating got me exactly the opposite of it.

Got this problem right after patching to Version 418.91.

Don't have this problem with Driver Version 417.35.

I have R9 280, not NVIDIA 🤔
