Re: 4000 hours, 4 heirlooms lost, Banned for Hateful Conduct, permanent?

@EA_Darko Anyone looking into this could answer my two questions if they were human:
Is the ban permanent and is it possible to be permanently muted instead of banned if the reason behind my bans is text chat?

    Reply to my fourth appeal was identical to my third which I posted earlier, none of the questions were answered
