Re: All my legends and tabs are locked and I'm missing all my in-game content.

@PlugYT1391 Unfortunately this is happening to a ton of players. Did you recently relink your EA account? If you did some people have found success relinking back to the old account.

EA has been pretty quiet on this issue. A member of EA mentioned in another post that a fix is planned in the future. I don't know how long that will be. I have had the bug for 4 weeks now and some players have had it for 3 months.

    @PlugYT1391 Hmm are you playing on a different system this time? If not then unfortunately you are stuck waiting for whenever they fix it. It sucks not having access to half the game especially with the new event that just came out. I can't access anything related to the new event.
  • I'm still on the same console. Also how long have they been saying that their going to fix it.

  • This was the most recent EA response in the thread:

    "There shouldn't be any update required for the Collection Event today, so I wouldn't anticipate a fix for this issue alongside the event.

    (Edit: There may be a small patch on PC, however this won't be related to the event or this particular issue)

    The fix is still set for an upcoming patch, but beyond that I'm afraid we can't be more specific at this time. Once that's locked down and we have more confirmation we'll be sure to share it."

  • Wow so we really gotta wait through all of it. I really wanted to play this season but i guess I'm out of luck.
