If you're trying to create an EA account to link to the platform your playing on and getting a message the email you want to use is a duplicate, this would indicate it is already on an EA account. You can try resetting your password at help.ea.com if you don't remember your login.
If you continue running into issues or don't recall ever making an account I would recommend reaching out to an advisor to have this further looked into.
