Re: Apex Banned while out of town?

Really interested in hearing if you get this resolved, so please post back when and if you manage, because we are in the same situation.

After appealing three times it seems that it is impossible to get through to the ban management team ("TOS"). Chatting with support gets you nowhere since they see the "three investigations", and closes the case. Chat are all very nice and tries to be helpful but it seems cases like this are out of their power.

    The chat is completely useless when it comes to anything regarding this matter. I have raised a dispute twice more and each just keeps getting denied. I do feel that I was wrongfully banned and I would imagine it is because of the drivers. That’s all I could possibly think of. I wasn’t even aware that these drivers existed so this really is BS.
