Did you relink any of your platform accounts (e.g. Steam, Xbox, PSN, Switch) to a different EA account?

Keep in mind that in-game progress is stored on the EA account and not on the platform account, relinking will not bring over the progress you made on that platform.

If you relink the platform account that you linked to a different EA account back to the EA account it was originally connected to then you should be able to access your progress again.
