    I'm not seeing any issues that should be affecting your region at the moment. Considering that this is something that started happening around the time your network connection was changed, it seems like it may be something happening with your service provider. 

    I think it would be best to follow up with them so they can take another look and see if they can identify any issues that may be causing this to happen.

  • I have finally been able to play Apex @EA_Kent. It seems that the issue came from being connected via Wifi. Since I am in a 2 story house it was very hard to get a wired connection but we finally were able to do it and I am not having connection issues anymore. It must be a problem with the Comcast Xfi modems and unfortunately they do not accept 3rd party routers.

    I'm glad to hear it's improved for you now. Playing on wifi, especially if the router is located pretty far away can definitely cause some problems. I know that using a wired connection isn't always possible, but it's definitely a good idea. It's good to hear you were able to get this sorted out! 👍
