Thanks a lot for the help! I was using AHK to get Umlaute on my 60% Keyboard and was wondering why Apex kept crashing...

Have you tried Microsoft PowerToys? It seems to still work while Apex is running and you can add Hotkeys with the Keyboard Manager.
