OK guys so after a while of messing up my audio settings and audio drivers I figured out a solution thus idk if this would work out for everyone.
I'm pretty sure apex's audio doesn't function correctly with some audio drivers cuz it was fine before and got this problem after season 6 update so it's probably coding related or whatever but anyways here's what I did: 
Right click on "This PC" in desktop --> "Proprieties" then in the top left corner click "Device Manager" and click the down arrow for "Audio inputs and outputs" and then right click on whatever output audio driver you're using and choose "Update Driver" then choose "Browse my computer for driver Software" and then choose "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" and then choose "Generic Software device" and then click "Next" and you're done.
If you don't have "Generic Software device" as an option try whatever option and keep trying different options every time for different drivers and see if it works! I'm so glad i got it fixed and gl everyone!
