Yeah the only reason why I opened the packs so late just because I want to open it with the Anniversary Event, but now we know it's a mistake!

I did contact EA Support yesterday and the person said it's already on my inventory whilst I checked and still nothing on my inventory.

I screenshot all the 24 items but I can't compress all of them in the same folder, because they only limit the size of 5MB only for attachments.

But yeah the person told me that they saw it there on my inventory, and I guessed it's bugged. I repaired and also try update the game and nothing happened.

Gotta contact them again today and see what they gonna do.

Extra notes: I opened the Anniversary Event Packs as well together with the Fight Night and I did get 150 Shards heirloom only without the Gibby's one.

Hopefully they able to fix it.

Yeah the event still goin on that time, it was 12hours left before it's ended.

I opened the packs around 12:05am Tuesday and the event supposedly end 12hrs after or so.

It seems to me that heirloom or shards are just an extra free reward if you unlock 24 event items during the event.

The anniversary event was active so of course you were able to collect the "free" reward 150 heirloom shards but it wasn't possible to unlock Gibraltar Heirloom because that event has ended.

I'm surprised they even give event items after the event has ended. I would just give 700 coins refund for each event pack.

If i could i would give the Heirloom to you because you paid for everything. I wish you good luck with ea support.

Yeah you're solutions probably better, they should have return the coin or maybe just send me the heirloom shards to unlock it cause I have all the 24 items.

It's partly my mistake to open it so late but they also need to understand that there's technical issue or uncomplete information about the event packs.

I will try to contact EA support again tomorrow because one of the advisor I talked to doesn't come any conclusion.

So you received the heirloom shards right and purchased the Gibby heirloom with it?
Or you haven't purchased the heirloom yet? the screenshot of the heirloom is a bit too small to see.

Hey, so I got the heirloom shards from the anniversary completion and No I did not purchase the Gibby heirloom with it.

Cause supposedly I got the Gibby heirloom from the Fight Night Packs.

The screenshot of the heirloom just showing that I didn't purchased it.

This is so frustrating and strange.
