If you're still having an issue with it though I see that you don't have Windows 10 1809 build. Go to your desktop search bar and type in "Windows Updates" to make sure you have the latest version. I also see that you have the Intel chip and the Nvidia chip. It's common that laptops will try to use the Intel chip when running the game so it's possible yours is trying to do that, which causes it to go into sleep mode.
Download the GeForce Experience and make sure Apex Legends is set to run off your Nvidia GPU. Good luck, Legend! - GabsyCRF7 years agoRising Novice
Sir, i've been playing with the windows update before formating my laptop. Everything has had running up-to-date.
The game is running with the nVidia GPU and i`m updating windows again, but as i said, thats not the problem because it was running with everything uptaded before.
If you dont mind in send me another possible solution.... thanks!

Try disabling sleep mode.
To disable automatic Sleep:- Open up Power Options in the Control Panel. In Windows 10 you can get there from right clicking on the start menu and going to Power Options.
- Click change plan settings next to your current power plan.
- Change "Put the computer to sleep" to never.
- Click "Save Changes"

- GabsyCRF6 years agoRising Novice@Singhekam Hey man, i figured it out months ago. The problem was overheating. I bought a good thermal paste on amazon, opened my laptop and change the thermal paste. Never had this problem again. Hope it fix yours too!
