My game is still Reinstalling I have 13GB left. I don't know if I can get you a screenshot though sorry.

All you have to do is hit the gude button on your controller and then Y to capture a screenshot. Once it's uploaded, just download it and add it to your response.
The second uninstall and reinstall is not done However I can now load the game during the install. I do not have an EA account on my Xbox so I did not know how to upload the screenshot to you. I want to see if it will work once the install is done.

You have to have an EA account. You wouldn't be able to play Apex without one. As far as uploading it goes, help with that can be found here.
- @EA_Aljo The message for the game not working gets cut out when you hit the menu button so I can't help you there sorry but my game seems to be working now. Note the game is not fully installed.
Thanks for helping me out The uninstall and reinstall really worked. Sorry I can't get you a screenshot I know how to do it but I have never made and EA account so kinda weird that I need one. Again thanks for all the support.

The account is automatically created when you first play one of our games. Most likely, you did this a while ago, but don't remember it. You're using it right now to post here as well. So, you most likely have 2 accounts since this one since Apex has never been played on the account you're posting with. Regardless, you can play now so it seems all is well. If you have any more issues, let us know. Have fun and good luck!

Yeah so I've been trying everything that you've been saying and even did the update that you guys said would fix stuff but it only broke it more so I'm still dealing with the same glitch that I asked you guys for help with that you never said anything to me about

I'm not seeing where you asked us for help. What did you need some assistance with?
The bug where you try to load into a game and the matchmaking circle just keeps going and you don't get put into a game and if you join a party your friends get in but you don't

Do you get an error message when this happens?
No it just doesn't load me into the game
It just loads until the cancel button gets greyed out and then just doesn't pull me into a game and I just sit there in the lobby

Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Also, power cycle your modem/router. Unplug it/them for 2 minutes, then plug them back in, let them get back online and try playing again. Let me know if that makes a difference or not. Already have done that and everything that you have said since the beginning of this post

- @EA_Aljo Yeah whenever I did that it wasn't helpful at all and it didn't even get me nowhere because I was just pushed to the forums which never had a clear answer and wasn't helpful so now my research has led me to you and just wait until you fix it

I took a look at your case. It doesn't look like much troubleshooting was done, but if you'd like to wait and see if this is resolved on our end, that's fine of course.
- @EA_Aljo this is just a personal question but when do you think you guys will be able to fix this glitch because I started installing this game a month ago and just really want to play it
