I do see you've tried restarting your Xbox, but can you give it one more try using these steps on Microsoft's page  to power cycle your console?

If you're still not seeing anything after that point, please grab these proof of purchase screenshots for us.

Once you have those, you'll want to get in touch with support so they can verify that info and help get those coins to show up. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.
