Same thing here,i play on playstation 4 and i have lost about a hundred levels,season pass progress and season pass itself,which i bought,and multiple cosmetics including the ones from the latest event

Damn, that's horrible! I hope they get to the bottom of this!
Im not even play anymore until this is fixed...
by playing if i win a new item I bet I will lose it when this is fixedI had the same thing happen to me, I've been playing for 4 years and actively enjoy the game, however if this is how they run their game, they will lose a bunch of players. I lost 120 levels and all of my progress for this season, and everything I've actively paid for
