They probably don't have any idea, either.
When we're talking possibly trillions of dollars and million of lifetimes invested in the game and having no official statement but disappearing threads, it usually doesn't mean anything good. Like "got the server hacked with no backup, and all your personal information as well as saved payment methods handed to the hackers" level not good.
