I too have the issue except i lost an heirloom in the process its really annoying after over 600 levels i finally got one just to lose it along with my battle pass levels and the fact that  i bought the battle pass i also lost all the event packs that i opened + all mty break out progress and much more its very frustrating and it all happened because of a cross progression prompt
