Hey everyone, thanks for the patience with this issue.
I just wanted to clarify a bit further as there are a couple different aspects of this issue affecting people to varying degrees.
If your account was completely reset to level 1, we can generally roll this back to receive the fix most others had already gone through back on April 2nd. If your account is able to be fixed in this manner, you should have received a DM from either myself or another CM. Please check the top-right corner of AHQ and get back to us there, as we'll just need to confirm some additional info before we can roll the account back.
If your account is not completely reset but you're missing progress after the rollback, whether that's a particular badge, heirloom, or skin(s), that would fall into the category mentioned in the tweet below. We don't have any other updates to share for this particular situation currently, but as soon as we have any other news or info in that regard we'll be sure to share it.
