Does this still happen if you try changing your audio output device, for example changing from speakers to headphones or vice versa? Or is this only happening with one particular output?

Do you have any other programs open that may be interacting with the game audio, like streaming software? 

It may be worth trying a clean boot of your system to see if that audio issue continues in-game with everything else temporarily disabled.
