However we can't really help you.. Only guide you on how to contact them, The rest is up to EA support team on how or when they respons, No one here can answer on why they have a slow answer rate. could be its a case they investigating, High rate of tickets etc.
I always think 3-7 days delay when i contact a support for any game duo the player count.
