Account bans aren't something we can look into here on Answers HQ. If you haven't already, please reach out to the Terms of Service team so they can review your account. They will determine if the ban can be lifted. 

You can find more details on how to reach them at the EA Help website. 

Since this is a topic we've covered many times here on Answers HQ, and it isn't something we can help with directly, I am going to lock this thread.
