Re: Battle Pass progress reset/lost, missing or new items

No, don't re-purchase the Battle Pass if you had already unlocked it previously.

This should be clearing up for most, so it may be worth relogging to see if that shows back up. We're still looking into the matter otherwise, thanks for hanging in there in the meantime.

Hey Mako, I unlocked a skin for the havoc during this thing, I realised the skin was part of the missing items, with the issue fixed the skin is gone but also the crafting mats, anything I can do to get those back?

This should now be resolved, but you may need to restart your game to see the correct content if that's not already showing up.

I just had this issue occur to me today and it says you had a reply 14 minutes ago but I loaded up my apex and haven’t received anything and I’m done 6000 apex coins

Hey everyone,

For those mentioning they crafted skins during this issue, please take a look in your collection for any new skins that may be there for the same weapon.

For instance, we've seen people mentioning they crafted Legendary skins for 30 Crafting Materials. However, 30 Crafting Materials is the price of a Common skin, not a Legendary skin.

This was incorrectly appearing as a different skin, which is why some of you noticed skins that aren't even available to craft, such as the Flatline reactive skin.

If you had spent 30 crafting mats to get a skin, for example, that would have still unlocked the Common skin tied to the particular offer, though the displayed skin would have been incorrect - there were no Legendary skins being granted for 30 crafting mats.

From what we're seeing, the actual level skins were unlocked and should still be present on the account, they may just not have the new item notification.

@EA_Mako Hello,

So I bought the Dream Weaver Volt's skin, I tried to equip it but it was super bugged and I couldn't equip it, after A LOT of restarting of the game, where I couldn't equip the skin, I restart the game again and now surprise, the skin I bought is not unlocked anymore and instead I have the Fortune Teller Volt's skin, a one that I don't want.
I want the skin I bought and I think that makes sense so I hope you'll be able to help me with that VERY soon. Thank you

Its been a month, and mine hasnt returned yet. i sent tickets with receipts from steam and my card, it says its fixed but it isnt.

Hello Mako And Mari Hope you doing fine i need help from you and sorry for tagging you guys. i had no other options i have been contacting ea support help they are not able to help me i have been contacting them from 2 days . After updating season 21 on pc steam i have lost 2000 gold coins and 12.5 k crafting materials in apex legends. my registered in game name in apex is : rahulsethi8
Please help me on this . Kindly look into this matter.
