Hey wwre ever able to get this resolved? I've been going through the same thing for almost a year now. Now support doesn't want to give me my purchases.

If you are reading this and expecting a fix then you are out of luck. They never fixed my problem nor did they really care.
This is what drove me away from the game and I was a day one player. Spent lots of money and lost almost everything.
What a joke of a company. I left this game after this and never looked back. I’d suggest doing the same.
@EA_Blueberry never did anything to help me besides give me the whole talk to support bs. This company and its customer service is pathetic.
- @Virji24 Glad you gave a conclusion just started the game last week bought 2 1000 coin bundles because I thought maybe I canceled the order, but after I bought it the second time I still wasn’t given any coins. Now I see this is a problem they’ve had for a long time and have no real intentions of fixing it, especially after the responses they gave you Looks it’s time to play another BR game. Just hate I had to get robbed to find out this isn’t the one.
