First off, if you haven't already, make sure that your account has been completely resecured by following these steps: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

After checking your profile on ALS, it seems that you're level 8 and that the account seems relatively new.

Are you 100% sure you are logged into the correct account?

It's possible that you've simply logged into the wrong account, making it seem like you've lost all your data.


Did you have any accounts linked to your EA Account (e.c Xbox, Steam, etc) before you got hacked?

Check this page: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

As shown in the image, linked accounts can show up here.

It's possible that the person that hacked your account unlinked these accounts, which may or may not result in data loss.

Try relinking the accounts that have been unlinked if any have been unlinked or if you still remember those that were connected.


If you're still having this issue after trying the things mentioned above, your best option might be to contact EA Support.
