We've been seeing a few more of these recently. 

It's not a guaranteed fix, but it may help. You can try changing your datacenter to see if this improves the issue for you. To do this, go to the title screen, wait a minute then open and close the Accessibility Options menu. You'll now see a Data Center option, you can choose this and try  choosing a Data Center nearer to you.

Power cycling your router may help too.
