I've never loved someone so much. I have been playing through steam and tried the origin launcher... got right into a game. Thank you so much dude, I feel like I owe you my first born lmao.
I'll probably still stay off the main for a bit no matter what launcher, in case anything else goes wrong, but otherwise it seems to have helped perfectly!!
Huh so it's me again just to let everyone know that it worked fine yesterday while using the other launcher, but signing in this morning I've gotten another code: snake. I guess I redact my last reply.
Same for me, tried right now and I was kicked out of the lobby just like before also on Origin.
But maybe they’re doing some test in order to fix this mess…otherwise why would I be able to play for some hours regularly with a permanent ban active?
This gives me little hope that probably sooner or later they’re gonna fix this.
Am I right EA? Can somebody confirm?

It's been a couple of weeks now and ToS got to me twice saying they'll keep the ban even though there's never been cheating involved. This is truly disheartening, especially since it was pretty common that you bumped into clearly hackers/smurfs but when it's a legit loyal player they just won't care. Hope it gets solved soon. I’ve come to the conclusion that technically we’re not really banned, otherwise we would probably have a ban issued in the Ban history page. We would not be able to access the games or even the main menu of the game I think (not sure because I’ve never been banned before).
Why would I been able to play for a few hours the other day on my banned account? It just doesn’t make any sense at all.
We can call it maybe a bugged ban, due to some unknown circumstances that is causing some players to be issued with the cheating ban.
I highly suspect we have to wait until the new season patch in November to be issued in order to play again on our main accounts.
Sounds good since ToS really looks away from this. How can we contact them?
I replied again, a day or so after I had said that I was able to, mentioning that I couldnt play through origin anymore. I havent even tried playing in a couple days, by this point I can just assume Im still banned.
