I have the same processor and gpu as you. By default apex has the max frames set at 144, this will push ur cpu to 100%.  I’ve found that in fortnite the 6500 has issues when you get over 120 FPS so I lowered my FPS in apex to 100 using “+max_fps 100” in game properties -> game command line . It makes a massive difference in responsiveness.
