Hi Kent

I've cleared startup overlays, ran as admin, repaired the install, reinstalled origin. My network is fine.

here's my dxdiag.

Got it, thanks! Would you mind running a UO Trace for me when you've got a chance? That will give us a detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's anything happening along the way we should be able to see it.

For more info on how to run the UO Trace check out the connection troubleshooting article over at the EA Help website. The results of the test will show your IP address, so if you would prefer sending the results to me in a private message that's totally fine.

Got it, thanks! Looking at the trace results there's one thing in particular that stands out. For the most part the average ping stays pretty low throughout the trace, but if you look at the column for the best/worst ping there is quite a difference between the lowest and highest numbers. This starts at the very first hop and continues all throughout the trace. This disparity in the best/worst ping can point to instability in the connection.

The first hop is your own home router/modem. If there's instability happening from the beginning of the trace it may point to an issue within the network itself. Were you testing this on a wifi connection, or were you using a cable? If you were using wifi, that may be the culprit. Using a cable is always recommended, if possible.
