I can assume that it is related to cross-progress because they see my two accounts Xbox and PC in the search

@Dlavilion,
It might be an account linking issue alright. I'm guessing that you're also missing all of your Xbox progress then? If you sign in here, do you see your Xbox account linked?

If not, your Xbox must be linked to a different EA account, which would explain your missing friends.
