Cross Progression allows you to access the content on one EA account with any platforms connected to that same account. It does not transfer any progress between different accounts however.
When you unlink a platform from your EA account, it will lose access to the content on that account. This is detailed a bit further in the warning when unlinking any account as well as in our Cross Progression announcement and guides below.
If you're no longer seeing your Xbox content, it sounds like you've unlinked your Xbox account and linked it to the EA account you use on PC.
To try restoring any lost progress, you would need to re-link your Xbox account to its original EA account instead. Please contact support directly if you need assistance with that process.
