There's not a set schedule for this, as waves may occasionally be pushed back a bit to address any issues that come up during the process.

The best place to keep an eye out for any delays or updates would be Respawn's Twitter/X account, for instance this recent post:

We've continued rolling out Cross Progression to other accounts since then however, so be on the lookout for a notification to pop up in-game once your account's been merged.
