From what you've attached, it looks like one of the cases is waiting on some additional information from you.

Please be sure you've attached these exact screenshots so our support has enough information to validate those coins and get them added for you, thanks!

    I can't attach a video to this post, can't you go to my case and see the details there? You can also download the video and see the metadata when the code was redeemed. My account name is visible, successful code activation is visible, the message about the successful crediting of coins in the EA application is visible

    Can't you check the code I activated? and you will be convinced that this is an EA license code
