That has happaned me too some time ago, but only when using a unnamed keyboard which I do not mention (Ok, if you insist, it was Razer Huntsman Mini with all the possible updates on firmware etc. Only way to solve the problem was with a big enough hammer and an investment to a new keyboard from a better manufacturer).
