same here. dont expect help. either the chat nor by telephone. they just open one case after another and the TOS keeps declining it.
the "TOS" can do what they want. i dont think they read everything.
i wrote a letter to EA Germany. i will see if theres any reaction to it.
this so called "support" is just annoying. as i said the TOS (so called "experts") have nothing to do with the word "expert".
It's a shame that EA Terms of Service team is so unprofessional and wouldn't bother to provide an evidence of violation even after repeated requests. I really liked to play EA games as a kid but this horrible experience with their customer service has really pushed me to never consider using their games again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to use it either in future. Good luck with EA Germany though. Hope atleast they will have the courtesy to answer you.🙏
