If the error message calls out a specific .rpak file you should be able to follow the file path in the error message to track it down. If you can find that specific file, try renaming it to something different then repair the game. I've seen similar cases in the past where that has helped get around this error. 

Let me know how that goes once you've been able to give it a shot.
