    Hello, sorry to get back to you so late. 

    I've tried all the steps provided and still no solution and had the recurring issue.

    I waited to see if the new patch for season 21 would change anything, but now I can not even open the game every time. After the small window initializing and waiting to load, the game will instantly crash. 

    Any way to fix the game just to play?
