Re: False Ban on Apex Legends, Extremely Bad CSTMR SRVC

I've already gone through that multiple times.

If you've gone through multiple times and if they decided to uphold the ban then it's most likely something that won't be changed.

You can try opening more tickets unless they mention that you shouldn't send any further tickets on the matter.

I've already done that multiple times. I just keep getting the same exact robot email saying they've "performed all investigations possible and will not reverse the decision." I don't want to be speaking to a machine like that. I was to speak to someone who will actually listen to me. I seriously hate that I'm being punished for something I did not do, and EA will not listen to me and keeps feeding me the same email.

It's been almost 3 weeks now, and EA will not listen to me or my situation. I want to be unbanned from Apex Legends, I am tired of being punished for something I did not do. I've explained multiple times that I was not online on Apex Legends the day the incident happened because I was training for my new job that weekend, and that it was my friend on my account. I understand that it is my account and that I am responsible for it, but it's still not fair to me that I'm being punished and missing out on the game I love most right now for something stupid that I did not even do. It seriously and deeply feels like EA does not care about their players or listen to their players, especially since they have automated systems to answer their emails and messages for them. I really want to speak to a staff member or someone that will actually listen to me at EA about my situation. This is so ridiculous.

    Hey @houndofjustice21,

While I can understand this may feel unfair if you weren't at the keyboard for what took place here, as you've acknowledged you are responsible for the activity that takes place on your account.

We obviously don't see who was at the keyboard when certain activity took place, but when you appeal our Terms of Service team will take another look at the activity to see if it was a violation of our Terms of Service.

Since the account was involved in a confirmed violation, the account has been actioned as a result. This would be why it's been mentioned to keep your account secure and private, as violations can't be excused on the notion that someone else did it instead. This is about what activity was found on the account, which is what's been actioned, not you as a person.

Ultimately if they had decided not to remove the action after multiple appeals, that is final and not something we'll be able to change here either. Since this is not something we're able to address on the forums I'll be locking the thread down here as well.
