Let me tell you dome things that are far more disturbing.
- i got in contact with a live chat support EA employee, and he literally told me that it is really obvious that i got hacked, and that he could see that from his end, but he also said, "i wish i could unban you right now, but the system isn't allowing me, because the TOS team made a final decision,  i am also unable to escalate it again to them because the system won't allow me for the exact same reason" 
"I'm really sorry i wish i could do something for you but I'm absolutely powerless in this situation"
so, the guy wanted to unban me but was unable due to the fact that it was a final decision, the guy sorted it out in 15 min, while TOS team was unable to find anything of that nature in what they call 3 FULL investigations.
- EA never made it clear that there's a limited number of appeals.
- the EA Help account on twitter even entices you to spam disputes " TO MAKE IT QUICKER".
however, if you do so, you'll just go through your "3 reviews" and have absolutely zero chances after that.
Best of it is that i got silences, muted and banned from the APEX discussion sub Reddit because i brought up all the vices in this specific procedure.
I launched the threat for "Discussion" exactly like the sub Reddit is supposed to be used.
But naah i got muted then banned for 3 days...
