@EA_Lanna Why should you deny what everyone already knows. I was stopped before I could even start typing in my account number. I can't set up a new account. I'll contact you. Feedback my questions. There is no record of violations but the account is banned. I've been waiting for three months with no response. You told me the only solution was to contact you. But that didn't solve anything

    I've clarified on how you can follow-up on any bans you've received from EA. Aside from the there isn't any additional information to add. I'll close this thread here.
