If one of your platform accounts has been banned via EA then you won't be able to unlink them unless you get unbanned.

You can appeal your ban up to 3 times with the TOS Team, more info on how to do that can be found here:

If the ban is upheld after these 3 tries, then you won't be able to unlink the account as it would stay banned.
