Re: I cant get passed the account email on the switch

@Linden2768 This seams to be a common issue. I've found some steps you can try to get it working.

  • Make sure your device time and date are correct to your region (faulty settings seams to confuse EA)
  • Set your date/time to be automatically updated over internet (this might help to dial in the settings more accurate)
  • Make sure date of birth is the same for your EA account and Nintendo account (do note that there might be restrictions for age on some games

There seams to be other ways as well, but they are only recommended as a last resort.

    Thank you we sorted it, we just left it for a day or so and the next time we went back, it had seem to have sorted itself
