@AreYouCryin1 140 fps is my desirable framerate btw, I didn't test with any other values. You can try a lower or higher fps cap of course. Important for me was the combination of launch option and using RTSS. I suggest you try the lowest you are comfortable playing with and the highest your PC can sustain.
