@Kikoriginal21 Hey, thanks for the post. Fortunately in this case the pack contents aren't lost. It's best to think of them as being opened and logged on the server side so any game client-side disconnect or crash won't lead to anything being lost. 

For the level 77 Pack it was an Epic so it was easy to find. It contained 1 Common and 1 Rare skin, and the Epic item was a holospray for Caustic. Perhaps not the most thrilling haul in the world, but at least now you know it wasn't lost.
