Sorry to hear about what happened to you.

From what you say it looks like your account may have been hacked. So you will need to reach out to one of the advisors or the Terms of Service team.

either way if you have not done so you should update you security settings and enable 2 factor ID.

I do not know how to contact anyone from EA etc regarding FIFA. 

Maybe try posting this in the FIFA forum and not in the Apex forum for a better response.

    @Asmodeus566 Hello, thanks for the advice. Yes I was hacked, yes I did contact EA, and yes they can see that I was hacked, I just need to sit around and wait for an unannounced period of time until they fix this and make it right. I just don't get the '' don't call us we will call you '' method. No idea when this will be resolved. If EA knows I was hacked, why not at least lift the transfer ban so we can do or tokens SBC and build a part-time team t play in the meantime. Right now we cant use that game that only last 1 season.

    Have you secured your account? 2FA ID enabled? Change security settings etc with the help of an advisor from EA FIFA?

    Yo do know that they have many cases like this and we would all like to be taken care of first and foremost be these things take time.

    Be patient.

    yes, it has been reset, and I think a week is more than enough time to at least unblock the ban!

    Thank you, I have called them 5 times, they can see I was hacked but ut's a different department that takes care of the rest so, I have to wait for an unknown period of time.
