I was robbed than received a ban message

Is this a joke or what? I woke up this morning to play FIFA with my kids only to find out my best 20 players where stolen and 600k, I try an reach EA they are closed, I send a message and get a freak...

    Sorry to hear about what happened to you.

    From what you say it looks like your account may have been hacked. So you will need to reach out to one of the advisors or the Terms of Service team.

    either way if you have not done so you should update you security settings and enable 2 factor ID.

    I do not know how to contact anyone from EA etc regarding FIFA. 

    Maybe try posting this in the FIFA forum and not in the Apex forum for a better response.

yes, it has been reset, and I think a week is more than enough time to at least unblock the ban!

    Thank you, I have called them 5 times, they can see I was hacked but ut's a different department that takes care of the rest so, I have to wait for an unknown period of time.
