Re: integrity error 0x8000001

@ubuntuparaguayo2  I've only ever owned Windows, so I don't know much about the Linux OS. However, I did find this guide on how to repair the system files on a Ubuntu system. If you need more help with Ubuntu, you should be able to find it on Ubuntu's help page.

I hope that repairing the system's files fixes the crashes for both of you, and sorry if I wasn't able to help as much with the Linux OS side of things.

Edited: I've seen a few others that also had this error while getting a black or white screen. Since this seems to be related, if you use an AMD CPU and a Nivida GPU, and are also getting a black or white screen, the solution others had found was to switch which graphics the system was running the game in.

@080745992c5b583f You can find this setting in the Windows System app, under System > Display > Graphics, as mentioned here.

As for @ubuntuparaguayo2, check on Ubuntu's help page for how you can do this for your system. I would share a direct link on how to change the setting for yourself, however I don't want to confuse you or link the wrong thing since I don't have any experience with the Linux OS.

If you both use AMD Adrenalin, I would also reinstall it as it might be causing the issue alongside the system's graphics setting.

Hopefully this works for both of you.
