Thanks for the response. The best I can do is troubleshoot your connection. Let me know if you'd like to do that.

But the problem isn't the connection to the internet.
The problem is that when your servers kick people out (for no reason) and you reconnect you get a 10 minute abandonment ban.
Happened to me 2 times today already.
Joined a match. Got to play about a minute then it all froze up and I was kicked out from the game server. Logged back on and got the 10 minute penalty even though the fault was on the server and not me quitting. - EA_Aljo5 years ago

It's not always the servers kicking you out. It's possible there's an issue with the connection you play on. Without troubleshooting though, we can't find out so just let me know if you want to do this.
 - @EA_Aljo so it's fine that people who disconnect on purpose get the same penalty as people who don't?

Yes. Regardless of who quits, both will be affected.
 - @EA_Aljo Whoever is responsible for that has no moral backbone. Why can't reconnecting work 100% time like in some games it works
Cant be a coinsidence that this problem started with the latest season. Played with the same connection and same gear through all the seasons and now suddenly for ex. today two bans because of server kicking out.
You keep asking to troubleshoot our connections, but I have the best internet Comcast provides, run wired from my router to my xbox, and live like a half a mile from their servers, I can't get a better connection. It's your servers. You troubleshoot them. Nobody wants to recieve a 10 minute penalty after already dealing with the frustration of being cut out of eqch game they play. As the game got more popular, you should have invested in your own servers. At least push the abandon game to 20 instead of 10 until you figure your * out.
EA, the absolute best thing you can do for this problem is remove the system entirely. Us gamers prefer to deal with bad attitudes than be delivered them by a mechanic that attacks those who are less fortunate. The abandonment penalty is clearly a corporate appeasement thing that the player base overwhelmingly despises. We know how to report bad teammates, so redirect the software engineering to filing through those complaints accurately. Listen to us or lose us I guess.
